Feature Walls & Branded Murals

Blank walls are often wasted opportunities. Fusion Surfaces designs, supplies and installs commercial feature walls and branded murals that transform plain interiors into memorable, professional and brand-led spaces.

From reception walls and office murals to school graphics, gym feature walls, hospitality interiors and workplace branding, we help businesses create high-impact environments without major building work, lengthy disruption or generic off-the-shelf finishes.

Why feature walls and branded murals work

A feature wall does more than fill an empty space. In a commercial environment, it often becomes a focal point, something visitors notice immediately and something that helps shape how the space feels.

In many cases, the structure of the space is already working. The layout is right, the walls are in good condition, but the environment lacks identity or impact. Feature walls and branded murals are a practical way to address that without changing the fabric of the building.

Rather than investing in more disruptive refurbishment works, large-format wall graphics can introduce branding, colour, messaging or design into a space quickly and effectively.

That’s why feature walls, branded murals and commercial wall graphics are widely used across offices, schools, gyms, hotels, retail and hospitality environments – not just for visual impact, but to create spaces that feel more intentional and aligned with the brand.

Key benefits of feature walls and branded murals

Feature walls and branded murals are a practical way to improve commercial interiors quickly, especially where businesses want more impact, stronger branding and a more engaging environment without committing to a full refurbishment.

Create a stronger first impression

Reception areas, entrance spaces and client-facing walls can be transformed with branded wall graphics that make the space feel more professional, intentional and memorable.

Reinforce your brand identity

Branded murals can include logos, colours, messaging, values, illustrations, photography or custom artwork, helping the physical environment feel more connected to the wider brand.

Improve plain or underused walls

Large blank walls can make a space feel unfinished. A well-designed feature wall adds personality and purpose without changing the structure of the room.

High impact without building work

Commercial wall graphics can usually be installed with far less disruption than traditional refurbishment works, making them ideal for live offices, schools, gyms, hotels and public-facing environments.

Where feature walls and branded murals can be used

Feature walls and branded murals can be installed across a wide range of commercial interiors, from subtle workplace branding to large-scale statement graphics.

Reception areas

Reception wall graphics help create a strong first impression and can make the entrance feel more polished, branded and welcoming.

Offices and meeting rooms

Office feature walls can be used to display brand messaging, company values, abstract graphics, local imagery or design-led artwork that supports the wider workplace interior.

Corridors and circulation spaces

Corridors are often overlooked, but they are ideal for branded graphics, wayfinding, school values, motivational messaging or visual storytelling.

Designed for commercial environments

Commercial feature walls and branded murals need to do more than look good on screen. They need to be suitable for the space, the wall condition, the level of traffic and the way the building operates.

Professional design support

We can work from existing brand guidelines or collaborate with your team to create artwork that suits the space, the audience and the wider interior scheme.

We use professional-grade wall graphic materials selected for commercial interiors, helping create a clean, long-lasting finish when installed onto suitable surfaces.

Clean installation

Our installation process is designed to minimise disruption, making feature walls and branded murals a practical option for live workplaces, schools, hotels, leisure spaces and commercial buildings.

Out-of-hours options

Where required, installation can be planned outside normal operating hours to reduce disruption to staff, visitors, customers or building users.

Coordination with teams

We regularly work with fit-out contractors, interior designers, marketing teams, facilities managers and end clients to ensure graphics are delivered in line with the wider programme.

Feature walls and branded murals FAQs

Office canteen and staff kitchen refurbishment often raises practical questions around suitability, durability, disruption and how office kitchen wrapping works in occupied workplaces. These are some of the things facilities teams, office managers and project stakeholders most commonly ask before moving forward.

Rosie Christie

Co-Founder

Older than the rest of the team, but not necessarily wiser as she’d like to think. There’s not an activity under the sun that she’s not been willing to have a go at, resulting in a mediocre ukulele player, part-time blogger, one-time skydiver and an unfinished sitcom script. There’s no room for shades of grey in this half of the partnership; everything comes down to looking after people who are important.

Organising tradesmen is not a task for the fainthearted. But recruiting the right tradesmen, ones who align with our values and are highly skilled at what they do makes for a much more harmonious project management process. Rosie’s role begins with a meeting to discuss your requirements, providing you with a quotation and carries through to the on-site management of your project.

Jade Mitchell

Co-Founder

She’s the only Southerner on the team, but we try not to hold it against her too much. If anything, we’ve enjoyed introducing Jade to a vast number of pie shops now she’s a Northern resident. Standing at a phenomenal 5’2”, she is living proof that big things come in small packages; a mix of infectious enthusiasm, laughter, loyalty, authority and uncanny Theresa May impressions.

Communicating with our clients is Jade’s forte. Being highly organised and placing customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything she does means that from enquiry to completion, your queries will be dealt with efficiently. For an in depth knowledge of the material specification of our interior film, Jade is your woman. She will put your mind at rest that not only do we install this product, but we make sure that is the most suitable for your needs.
