We were asked by Andy, the managing director to quote for 56 doors and architraves to be wrapped for their workspace. The existing look was in a dark brown and it was a pretty dark and gloomy place to work in!
Four of our installers took four days to complete this wrap, with two working on the doors and two on the frames. The joiners removed the doors and planed them down, removing old silicone to ensure the vinyl didn’t fail. And then our installers got to work to fit the vinyl. The challenge of this job was that its an extremely busy rented office building and we were keen not to cause any disruption to the tenants. Also, the fire doors needed to be put back on the same day, so we ensured that we had the man power to achieve this. Safety always comes first.
The whole place looked so much lighter and brighter- up to date and modern. The cost of replacing the doors with wooden doors would be eye watering! But for a fraction of that cost, our clients now have fresh, oak look doors that look fantastic and are helping to save the planet! Great Outcome!
Older than the rest of the team, but not necessarily wiser as she’d like to think. There’s not an activity under the sun that she’s not been willing to have a go at, resulting in a mediocre ukulele player, part-time blogger, one-time skydiver and an unfinished sitcom script. There’s no room for shades of grey in this half of the partnership; everything comes down to looking after people who are important.

She’s the only Southerner on the team, but we try not to hold it against her too much. If anything, we’ve enjoyed introducing Jade to a vast number of pie shops now she’s a Northern resident. Standing at a phenomenal 5’2”, she is living proof that big things come in small packages; a mix of infectious enthusiasm, laughter, loyalty, authority and uncanny Theresa May impressions.
