Premier Inn approached Fusion with the objective of wrapping their guest bedroom doors in their London and Uttoxeter locations in line with their ongoing refurbishment programme. We initially wrapped a desk for them and they were so happy with the results, they asked us to wrap their bedroom doors.
Our clients had initially thought of having new doors, but there was a 6-8 week wait on them. They decided to have the doors wrapped instead, cutting down time and saving them a huge amount of money.
INSTALLATION
Two installers worked on the project over a period of a month in two phases, to ensure minimum disruption to the hotel. The material choice was CW168 LX.. The estates managers hadn’t used vinyl before and they were delighted that we could offer them such an economical and sustainable solution which would match their new decor!
By using vinyl to create the appearance of a brand new door, Premier Inn were able to avoid long lead times on materials and we ensured that within an hour, the room was ready to be resold.
As with all our jobs, Fire Safety is a key concern. The vinyl has all of the appropriate Fire Ratings for peace of mind and safety.
Older than the rest of the team, but not necessarily wiser as she’d like to think. There’s not an activity under the sun that she’s not been willing to have a go at, resulting in a mediocre ukulele player, part-time blogger, one-time skydiver and an unfinished sitcom script. There’s no room for shades of grey in this half of the partnership; everything comes down to looking after people who are important.

Rosie’s role begins with a meeting to discuss your requirements, providing you with a quotation and carries through to the on-site management of your project.
She’s the only Southerner on the team, but we try not to hold it against her too much. If anything, we’ve enjoyed introducing Jade to a vast number of pie shops now she’s a Northern resident. Standing at a phenomenal 5’2”, she is living proof that big things come in small packages; a mix of infectious enthusiasm, laughter, loyalty, authority and uncanny Theresa May impressions.
